About This Role

Asylum seekers, VAWA survivors, and immigrants navigating the legal system often need one thing to move their case forward: a qualified clinician who speaks their language and understands their story. That's where you come in.

With Behavioral Health is expanding its immigration evaluation services and looking for licensed, Spanish-speaking therapists in Texas to join our team. This is remote, contract work with flexible scheduling, no ongoing therapy caseload, and a clear, efficient structure so your time is spent on what matters most: the clinical work.

No prior immigration evaluation experience required. We train you from the ground up.

Compensation

$250 per completed evaluation

Each evaluation covers approximately two clinical hours plus report writing. Our templates and reporting tools are purpose-built to streamline documentation, so you are not bogged down in admin after every session.

Evaluation Types You Will Conduct

Asylum and Credible Fear Evaluations
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Evaluations
U-Visa and T-Visa Hardship Evaluations
Extreme Hardship Evaluations

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct immigration psychological evaluations in Spanish via telehealth
Complete structured clinical interviews using our provided framework
Write evaluation reports using our streamlined templates and tools
Coordinate with our administrative team on case timelines
Provide trauma-informed, ethical, high-quality clinical care

Who This Role Is For

Licensed Texas therapists fluent in Spanish

Requirements

Active Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
Fluent in Spanish, spoken and written (required)
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Comfort working with trauma-exposed populations
Reliable availability and ability to meet case deadlines
Prior evaluation or report-writing experience is a plus, but not required
